Working Principle of Calcium Hydroxide Grinding Mill Machine 

1) After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become smaller pieces and are sent to the micro powder grinding mill.
2) When the micro powder grinding mill is at work, the granulated materials are crushed and grinded by the rollers into particles below 47micron.
3) The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the micro powder grinding mill.
4) Along with the high speed airflow, micronized materials are brought to the classifier.
5) The qualified particles are screened and driven into the cyclone powder collector, finally exit from the discharging valve at the bottom;
6) A small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moving to the dust cleaner. Filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.

Working Principle of Perlite powder grinding mill:
  • The crusher will crush the big materials into small ones, and then the elevator will send them to the hopper.

  • The motor of main equipment drives the main shaft and dial through reducer, and the dial drives numbers of rollers moving in the ring channels via pins.

  • The rotating turbo in the powder collector will make the coarse materials return to the mill and regrounded, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it.
  • The air, which mixed with very little fineness, will be purified by impulse duster and discharged by blower and muffler.

Construction:

Working Principle:

Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required size particle and are then carried by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper and are fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into the main grinding chamber. The ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier to be classified, the particles which meet the fineness enter cyclone collector through the duct and are separated and collected there. The material is then discharged at the discharging valve to become finished products.  The airflow is sucked to the blower by return duct on the top of cyclone collector. Construction:
  • Three Rings Roller Mill structure mainly consists of main unit, discharging cyclone separator, analyzer, fan, powder cyclone separator and air duct. The main unit consists of a frame, shovel, grinding roller, blow shell and grinding ring.
Working Principle:
  • The material is filled into the grinding chamber through the feeder. The positioning of the ploughs ensures that the material is continuously passed between the rotating grinding rollers and the stationary grinding ring and this brings about the grinding process. The ground material is flown by the ascending stream of air and carried forward to the analyzer. Over sized materials are returned by the classifier to the grinding chamber again for regrinding. The qualified product is carried to the cyclone and the final product is collected at the bottom of the discharging cyclone while the air having fine dust particles is discharged from the top of the cyclone and the air with dust particles goes to the dust collection unit where the dust is separated from it and clean air is discharged in the atmosphere through the air duct.

Working Principle of Vertical Mill

The grinding disc is driving by motor through reducer. The material falls to grinding disc from the feed opening. The materials are driven to the edge of disc by the centrifugal force and crushed into fine powders by rollers. Then, the hot air from the nozzle take the fine powder to high effiency classsifer.The qualified powder are taken by the air to the powder collector to be collected, while the unqualified powder are sent back for regrinding.

Working Principle of mica grinding mill machine:
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electro motor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of rollers, which are rolling in the ring, are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator and further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse material return to the mill and reground, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. Working Principle of calcite powder grinding machine:

The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of rollers, which are rolling in the ring, are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator and further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse material return to the mill and reground, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. The air, which mixed with very little fineness, will be purified by impulse duster and discharged by blower and muffler.

After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials are crushed into small ones and sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turn-plate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.

The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.
