Working principle of YGM Raymond Grinding Mill:

The whole machine is collocated with jaw crusher, elevator, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main unit, classifier, collector, cloth deduster and high-pressure blower.

The working principle is as follows: load the stuff for grinding evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings go outward and presses closely upon the ring. The shovel carries the stuff to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, the stuff is thus grinded. After being grinded, the stuff is to be routed to the classifier along wind belt of the blower and the rough powder will be put back to the grinder for regrinding.

The fine powder flows into the cyclone collector together with air flow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as product. In the grinding chamber, since the stuff contains moisture to some extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporate; since the pipeline joints are not airtight, the external air is sucked in and the circulation air mass increases. In order to enable the grinder to work in negative pressure, the increased air flow is guided to the deuster and sequentially to the atmosphere after purification.

Working Principle:

Liners made of high manganese steels within the frame can be replaced after being worn out. The rotors consist of turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers which are grouped regularly in the main shaft. The main unit drives the main shaft through the motor and triangle belts, which, in turn, rotates the rollers. Large materials entering the crusher through the feed inlet are firstly crushed by the high-speed hammers, and then thrown fiercely to the support iron for further crushing. Qualified materials crushed will be screened out and exit from the gap of the grate bars while the unqualified will be left in the crushing cavity to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the grate bars. The gap between the rotors and the grate bars can also be adjusted according to different requirement. To avoid the plugging of the crusher, the proportion of water for the crushing materials is no more than 20%.

Application :

Jaw crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, connecting bar, adjustment part and spring. The movable jaw goes upward and downward through eccentric shaft when belt and belt wheel are driven by the motor. The angle between movable jaw and bracket turns big when the movable jaw goes upward, which pushes the movable jaw plate to come closely to fixed jaw plate. At the same time, materials are crushed with the movement of the movable jaw.

When the movable jaw goes downward, the angle between movable jaw and bracket turns small. Under the force of spring and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate leaves fixed jaw plate, and the crushed materials with qualified size are discharged from the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw crushes and discharges materials, which, in turn, realizes the goal of mass production.
