Application Fields
HGM Series Micro Powder Grinding Mill is the equipment speciallzing in producing fine and superfine powder of non-inflammable.non-explosive and brittle materials with Moh's hardness under six, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite.talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite and vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, rockphosphate, Kalium ore, pumice, fly ash, etc., totally more than 100 kinds of materials.
Working Principle
The HGM series micro powder grinding mill comprises main unit, classifier, blower, cyclone collector, and dust cleaner. Materials are first crushed, then ground by rotating rollers into fine powder. A high-pressure blower carries the powder to the classifier where particles are sized - qualified powder is collected while oversize particles return for regrinding. The purified air is finally discharged through muffler after thorough filtration, ensuring dust-free operation. The system achieves efficient
closed-circuit grinding with high fineness control.
